With the ongoing modernization of China's urbanization, elevators have long become a part of daily life, while the topic of how to use elevators safely has received extensive attention.
On September 24, the Guangxi office of Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. (Hitachi Elevator), in concert with Guangzhou Ningjun Property Management Co., Ltd. (Ningjun Property), a subsidiary of KWG Living, hosted a contract signing ceremony for the supply of elevator maintenance services, in conjunction with a public education workshop on the safe use of the conveyances. The workshop aims to enhance communication with residents of Xiangyue Siji district through the sharing of tips on elevator maintenance alongside raising public awareness on how an elevator works, giving attendees an opportunity to learn more about the equipment which is closely related to their lives.
During the past three years of sound operations, Hitachi Elevator has been keeping users safe and out of danger with its excellent products and services, all of which has been well received by property owners and residents.
At the event, a property owner said, “As a leading player in the industry, Hitachi Elevator is a quality trustworthy firm giving us peace of mind in our daily routines. What we are most concerned about is the safe operation of elevators, and the safety of kids when they use the elevators. We have learned more from this public safety education campaign, which has benefited us a lot.”
The representative of Nanning Regional Engineering at Ningjun Property said, “As one of our important strategic partners, Hitachi Elevator has been cooperating with us for more than 22 years. Our focus is on the safety of property owners and residents living in the community, especially the safety of elevator users. Choosing the same company that provided the elevators to also supply the maintenance services can better serve our residents with full security assurance.”
Wei Zhiwen, chief of the maintenance department at the Guangxi office of Hitachi Elevator, said, “As of August 2022, Ningjun Property has worked with Hitachi on more than 100 elevator projects throughout the country. Each Hitachi elevator is equipped with a remote monitoring terminal which can be accessed 24/7 through the ELECLOUD cloud-based services center. The solution is more secure than regular inspections, and can detect and eliminate hidden defects in a timelier manner. Based on more than 300 elevator operation data points collected in real time, our remote telemonitoring center can provide over 600 pieces of pre-diagnostic information, alongside a wide range of services including the analysis of elevator operation status, recommendations on what to look for when conducting an onsite inspection and predictive part replacement options, allowing customers to keep abreast of the functioning of their elevators.”
Hitachi Elevator will continue to improve its services through a trifecta of professional personnel, original parts and remote telemonitoring technology, making every effort to protect the safety of elevator riders, with the goal of creating a safe, comfortable and harmonious living environment in concert with Ningjun Property.
